How Not To Be a Shithead

A “mindfulness” brain scan or x-ray with a doctor pointing to a poop emoji on the image of the brain. Mindfulness, like an X-ray, can reveal your mind to you.

Easier Said Than Done.

Not every thought you have is true. Good ideas, positive ones, can “pop” into your head.  However, many of your ideas wear the mask of “facts” you are 100% sure of. Other bad ideas hide behind your ego. After all, if it is YOUR idea, it is very credible, and you are almost always right, right?

But if you learn how to capture thoughts and look at them, you realize,
Oh! That’s false.” “Oh! That one is total crap.” This requires some level of mindfulness.

Mindfulness allows you to add the Oh!” that mindfulness discovered to your BS ideas that “pop” into your head and unmask them; pop+Oh!=poOp! Distorted ideas do not “pop” into your head. They “poop” in.

The lesson here is: If you do not take the time to catch the BS ideas you thought were facts, your head will be full of poop. Also, known as a shithead.

“The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bullshit story you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t achieve it.” ― Jordan Belfort

Thanks for reading.
